All purchases made are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refund requests after an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, color, or item selection
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Personal preference
  • No longer wanting the product
  • Failure to review product information before ordering
  • Digital products that have already been purchased or accessed

Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, specifications, and order details before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

All orders are carefully prepared before shipment. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at phloseph@gmail.com within days 7 of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs or other documentation showing the issue. We will review the situation and, at our sole discretion, determine whether a replacement or other appropriate resolution is warranted.

A replacement or other resolution is not guaranteed and does not constitute a general return or refund policy.

LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information confirms delivery, Mos Dawson is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or delivered to an address incorrectly provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been submitted. Please carefully review your order before completing checkout.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products, downloads, music, files, and other electronically delivered products are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased or made available to the customer.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly so we can review the matter.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without first contacting us may be contested using the order information and applicable transaction records.

POLICY EXCEPTIONS

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law. Where applicable law requires a refund, return, replacement, or other remedy, this policy will be applied subject to those legal requirements.
